Meet The Owner
Hello I’m Sarah, food truck girl
A lot of you may know me as food_truck_grl or even Bob. I started at Bob's when I was a student in college. Even though I graduated as a child and youth worker, I never forgot how much I enjoyed the food and the fun. A few years later I jumped at the opportunity to buy Bob's when it went up for sale. I officially became “Bob” and the new owner of this amazing venture a few months after I turned 22.
In the last 16 years, I have made many changes to the business including upgrading the truck to include an industrial kitchen, adding freshly baked goods, sourcing all of my meats and produce from local sustainable venders, and obtaining a liquor license.
I am the most passionate about testing new recipes to keep things interesting. We want to provide a flavour focused experience. Putting a smile on people's faces is what it’s all about!

We understand the importance of small business and all of the hard work it takes to maintain a business that thrives. That’s why we always look to our local grocers, butchers and breweries. The difference is clear and it makes sense that superior ingredients would render a more flavourful product.
